STEP-BY-STEP // LiliBoy Illustration
Added 2020-03-31 14:09:14 +0000 UTCHello my dear patrons. here we go with the process of this image. It's the same for some previus images I did with the same technique: sketch on a sketchbook, taking a photo with my mobile, pass the photo on the computer and digital coloring.
The fun thing here is that I decide to make this image in a rush: the french band Deluxe , which I love, announced a live mini-concert on IGlive. So I did this image in a rush just for celebrating it. The singer Liliboy and the members of the band reacted immediatly and it's been SO cute and crazy!
SO: first I looked for a picter of Liliboy on Google. I liked the oufit and the colors of this one.
I chose to draw a profile for giving to Liliboy a little Tank Girl look.
All the color is done on one layer. A second "color" layer makes the line brighter!
Then I played with the lights for a "magic" result.
The Indian font comes from Dafont.com, a fantastic free-font website.
Hop, it's done! Simple and direct :)
