2025-01-05 16:15:59 +0000 UTCThe thing with the inability to do taxes and other boring adulting stuff might be an ADHD thing. I also have it, and I’m exactly the same. The routine documentation stuff is not stimulating to our brains at all, so there is no dopamine kick, and as a result, the brain sees that as a waste of time, even if it is a one-minute task. Also, such things as health insurance, etc, are needed to secure the future, but for us, future problems do not exist because there is a lot of distracting and stimulating stuff HERE and NOW. I’m not an expert, ofc, so I just wanted to share my unprofessional opinion about these experiences.
