"SAMPLE COLLECTION" PREVIEWS! ( + checking in!)

SECRET EDIT: For anyone scrolling by or cruising back to this post for whatever reason, I'm still cooking hard on this project. The entire script/storyboard is finished and revised, and I'm in the process of doing recording sessions with my voice actors. This shit is gonna slap, and the goal is to have it released before the end of this month - I'll have a little teaser that mentions the release date/time a few days beforehand as well.

BEAR WITH ME, GOONERS! I SWEAR I'M STILL GRINDING AWAY!

Hey hey, everyone!

Been a minute, hasn't it? Apologies for not checking in over here sooner - I was on vacation for a few weeks last month, and I kind of had to spend a week remembering how to animate when I got back... regardless, I appreciate those of you who've stuck around on here! I've finally got a couple of scenes from this upcoming project ready to show off, and I'm definitely having some fun with this one, as you can see ;D

THE HELLDIVERS PROJECT:

This is gonna be a medium-length project. Probably not quite as long as the Shaxx video, but also not quite as short as the last one with Clayton. It'll be some good shit, trust me. I'll cook.

The idea with this video is that it'll almost be like a PSA / instructional video, and if you've played Helldivers 2, then it'll be stylized like the Super-Earth PSA that you see in the opening cinematic. The rough synopsis of the plot here (without spoiling too much) is that the little runt has to help his two beefcake sergeants demonstrate how to collect "samples" to be sent off to the genetics lab - the big guys are gonna show off all the proper techniques on their lucky little lab rat 🥴

I thought it'd be fun as hell to do a project where the characters can address the viewer in a way that makes sense within the game's universe; I'll have a damn good time writing the dialogue, that's for sure.

PERSONAL/IRL YAPPING AND SHIT:

Alright, to be honest with you all, I was struggling with motivation a little bit after I got back from my trip. For whatever reason, I was just finding myself dreading the moment that I sat down to work on any given day, and I was struggling to figure out why I felt that way. It sucked since I genuinely got so much fulfillment out of making smut content in the past, and I hated that it was starting to feel more like "work" than anything else.

I ended up having a long talk with one of my good friends about it, and I ended up realizing that I was probably putting far too much pressure on myself to be "perfect". I hold myself to really high standards with my work, and I still will, but I'd often find myself spending multiple days (no, I'm not kidding) trying to fix tiny issues that 99% of gooners wouldn't even notice.

Now what does this mean for you and your jerk sessions? Well honestly, probably nothing. But I'm just gonna try cutting myself a little more slack from here on out, since I'll drive myself insane if I keep being so obsessive over tiny details that are inconsequential to the video.
