Wow, never knew I actually needed to hear these words. I've always felt like I was broken in regards to sexual intimacy with another person and whenever I do things with my partner I feel like I ruin everything and the mood because I get to caught up in my head and want to keep doing things but also not all at the same time. It's so upsetting and frustrating. So thank you for saying such kind words, I think this has to be my favorite audio of yours now because of how much it resonates with how I feel and to see that there are others who struggle as well so I am not alone

How are you this amazing?! You're like a unicorn, I swear. This is soooooooo unbelievably important. I'm an assault survivor and also now because of trauma and anxiety, have gained A LOT of weight. There have been instances where my husband will innocently do something in bed that will randomly trigger me, or he'll want to look at me or go down on me and because I am EXTREMELY self conscious about how I look and my weight now, it becomes a bit of a struggle to finish because I got in my own head and psyched myself out. It then takes me twice as long to finish and I get even more self conscious because of that and feel like I'm broken. I'm blessed to have a partner who understands and doesn't judge, but it's still frustrating and embarrassing. Thank you so, so much for having these conversations because it's the only way to remove stigma and help reinforce solidarity.

I’ve been there before, having a partner who is just focused on getting all the pleasure for himself, and not understanding or knowing (or caring) about me. Sometimes we just accept that and keep on, because we do think “it’s normal”. But thanks to you and those wonderful people out there who show authentic empathy and understanding beyond their own pleasure! This was really nice because I can tell that my boyfriend gets irritated that I take "too long." I've tried to explain that arousal is 90% psychological for me. And if I can tell he's annoyed that it takes me longer than him, then I just take even longer or can't cum at all. I should make him listen to this audio.
