[She's a bit terse, but] I actually think sheโs the first Overseer to actually listen to what I am saying about my image". Though that's still pretty vague, just saying "Zauna's a bit terse, but..." might be better. Similarly giving some physical hints about Salazar might help remind readers as it's been uhh...250 chapters? Such as "And [the strange, sometimes stuttering lizard man] seemed much more concerned with his own heroic...". That being said if you've got later scenes where these characters are specifically named and featured then having vague clues might build better to a nostalgic callback/reveal.
