2020-07-25 15:07:17 +0000 UTCAlright, so, just to recap and make sure I am remembering right: The first calamity is a shadow Expira with an inversed image invading them. If you fail it your world is broken down into dungeon parts. The second calamity is producing an image of a certain strength. If you fail it you no longer get aether until you pass. Your world will eventually be used for the danger zones in other worlds. Next is calamity 2.5/the challenge to fight recordings of 10 other individuals that passed the second calamity. Doing well can get you sponsorship in the nexus. The third calamity is surviving 1 year without aether. I don't remember what failing this calamity results in, but I believe it was related to citizenship and is also related to how the patrons were created. The patron of ashe failed this calamity. The fourth calamity is having a champion survive 1 year on the frontline (1 year normal time so far longer, variable depending which frontline). Failing this means losing aether rights and eventually resulted in at least one champion's people regressing to animals and being used for a dungeon, though that might be because they lacked anyone else talented enough to take on roles like a champion or nemesis to earn aether for their world. The fifth calamity is a personal visit from Elhume. Nobody has passed it and failure means having to earn aether for your world/yourself through jobs in the wider nexus.
