Years ago my friend Zero-Q did an abridged series of higurashi. One day, during the time I had stopped using my old account and wanted to make a new one but didn't yet know what to name it, he was chatting with me a sort of make up scenario where he wrote "abridged satoko: (something the character was saying I have forgotten)" and I thought it funny, and since Satoko is the character I identify myself most as personality wise, I chose that as my nickname.
