There has to be some kind of tension with all the groups vs the nemesis and then I would guess randidly comes at the end. Then he stops everyone from acting recklessly and explain the real situation of earth. Which would we then have to wait for the chapter after the next before we see some real info dumps. There is only so much you can say between 7 to 8 pages, hence why I think the chapter after next is the chapter that would address the issue on earth.
