There are too many spear mods that work differently, you probably have to manual patch this. Most animation mods for these type of weapons use Animated Armoury's keywords so these will work fine. For example (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/92445) these spear animations use the pike and halberds.
