Burnt out but BACK
Added 2020-05-25 02:37:37 +0000 UTCHello! Two weeks ago I went to my psychologist. After listening to me for 10 minutes, she told me I was like a rubber band who had been stretched beyond the point of snapping and was now just all floppy. She was so right. I'd been pretty burnt out for a while, working 10 hours a day, producing nothing, and totally exhausted. She suggested I take a two week break, which I have, and now I'm BACK! That's why there was no video this month. Just keeping you all in the loop :)

Jade we need you too much, please take some time to relax, have a Zen moment to let your mind relax and refresh. You have put tremendous time and effort into creating all of this content, everyone can revisit your many videos, I find myself going over many of your videos many times. Your health is very important, your health must come first! I think the most important point is that you have fun while doing these videos, getting a new video out every week is not the most important point, go at a speed that allows you to have fun, do not feel pressured to run at a high rate, we are willing to Wait, the wait is more than worthwhile! I think that you and 3Blue1Brown could team up on a project and it would be fun for all. Such as Feedback Systems of all kinds! Take Care!

2020-08-11 13:51:56 +0000 UTCTake care of yourself. It may take months if not years to recover from a deep burnout. My cycling helped me, but the few months in the lockdown nudge me toward this cliff... I'm 51. and usually working 14 hours a day, but my sport and gym helped me. It's a tough year, please be careful. The world needs you!
