About the agency:

With this option, you'll be able to choose some basic filters when generating new tenants (weight, breasts and curves) and you'll also be able to preview the girls this time. The generator is still limited by your current reputation so even if you ask for sexy tenants, you will only get ugly ones until your reputation increases. It costs 500$ each time you use this option. The job, personality and traits of the tenants are still randomly generated.

About the headhunter:

This option allows you to completely customize your new tenants with the exception of traits which might increase or decrease their ranks after you confirm your choice. Note that you can generate A rank tenants with this option even if your apartment has a shitty reputation but I wouldn't recommend it since the tenant will leave the following week and you'll lose even more reputation which currently increases really slowly (I'll have to review this part, either speeding the gain or create events to impact reputation). Also, I'll be adding more tooltips in the future to explain exactly what each job, personality or traits do since it's quite confusing. Same with the apartment panel where I'll add tooltips detailing how each score is calculated.

About the tutorial:

I got several reports from players being stuck during tutorial. Unfortunately, I've not been able to reproduce the problem so far so I added this option to skip the tutorial. In future versions, I'm planning to revamp the tutorial to make it more classic and remove the story I had planned to make it much more simple.
