Another patch to fix a few more problems. 

Mainly, no more infinite money by asking girls for money :p Only once a day and with enough mood (which is a mix between affection and obedience level)

The administrative job has been moved to the town hall lobby instead and concerns Marylin directly. Plus the bug which prevented access to it after talking to marylin has been fixed and should be retroactive, so even if you already talked to her about the job but couldn't access the job, it should now properly appear in the town hall lobby after loading your game.

Tthe underwear display bug in the wardrobe should be fixed, though for this part, I'm pretty sure there must be some other bugs so let me know if you have any more trouble with your girls outfits.

Finally, I've reenabled the russian language since a new translator showed up though it'll take him some time to catch up all the versions, so russian players should still expect the newest content to be in English.
