Glassix Patch 0.21.2 to 0.21.3

This patch solves 2 more bugs :
- Girls not appearing in city map for new players or players who never saved the game options
- Mitsuko school uniform unique event wrong trigger

Lol, no no. All the patches are available om the download page, don't worry ^^ 5$ patrons have access to the same content as 10$ patrons after the first week :p I just didn't update the other patch post because anyway, the download links of all patch are on the same page if you click on "Download links" :p After 3 weeks, the 2$ patrons will have access to all patches too and if I was to release a new patch then, they would have access to it too with 10$ and 5$ patrons :)
