Lust complex : Design poll

The result of the previous poll regarding the next game I should work on is quite overwhelming. The apartment management game is the clear victor.
I started working on the content first, gathering assets for the game and learning to use the new softwares. I'll try to post regularly about this in the future. The current name of the new game is set to "Lust complex" and as you can expect it, you'll play as the owner of an apartment complex who'll have to pay back a debt by any means necessary.
In the previous poll, I talked about creating the game using 3DCG, meaning the game would feature static images of 3D models. However, many of you advised using 3D animations would be much more entertaining which is indeed possible in game. I do agree with this advice but since I advertise the game as 3DCG, I want my patrons to vote once more to decide if this change is welcome for the majority.
Working with 3DCG would make the development easier of course and with many images of sexy girls.
Working with 3D animations would mean having few fully animated scenes with camera control to let you look around. Since the game features sneak camera, it would be part of the gameplay and could lead to some fun stuff. However, development would take more time with fewer scenes since it takes much more time to work on 3D animation than 3DCG.
The poll ends next Friday.
It's up to you to decide since both decisions are fine by me !
