There should be a once per day wisdom saving roll to see if the character wearing it might make a rude comment or an inappropriate joke under unfavorable circumstances. Like letting out a fart and giggling during a coronation or offending an ogre chieftain’s mother lineage during negotiations. It can be even every three days or so or every full moon so that the players forget about it… till next time XD
