Ch 92.5 Kana and Sage's adventure part 5

Author's note: We are now five chapters ahead! Some of you are probably wondering, "Part 5? Where are the 1-4?" Part 1 was the Guild master's meeting. Part 2 Guild master's meeting part 2 is not on IFMG but on IGM, and parts 3 and 4 are also on IGM.

In the deep void of space, Kana and Sage are standing in front of an infinite wall, wondering what danger lies on the other side.

“Soooooo, now what?” (Sage) Sage has been to many places but has never veng out of his home universe. That is because if a higher being like him dies outside his home universe, he can not be received back.

“This universe is very dangerous, so follow behind me, and don’t get distracted. (Kana) She ties her long hair into a ponytail.

“You come here before?” (Sage)

“I was transported accidentally. He was the one that saved me.” (Kana) She uses her Astral energy to form a barrier around her.

“He?” (Sage) He saw what Kana did and did the same.

“The one we’re going to meet. Let go.” (Kana) Both Kana and Sage bust into a light speed and pierce through the wall. At light speed, Kana and Sage easily manoeuvre through the ocean of stars without damaging any planets. They can easily punch through a planet like wet paper without feeling anything. But they have morale like most good sentient beings, so they don’t want to harm weaker beings.

“Ummm, so how long? When are we going to get there?” (Sage)

“Mmmmm, If everything is according to the map here, We should be there about 46 hours.” (Kana) She waves the cube-like device at him. Then, they continue to fly through the space for 46 hours.

46 hours later.

 “Ok, We are here.” (Kana) Both she and Sage exit light-speed.

“What the fuck?” (Sage) He was shocked to see all around him after the light-speed exit. And it was chaos. Portals open like rain, and all kinds of race walkthroughs either die by the space vacuum, their body sliced by another portal opening or eaten by a space monster. All that happens every second, and this was the first time Sage saw the space so chaotic.

“Just where the hell are we?” (Sage)

“It’s a long story. I’ll explain as we go. Follow me.” (Kana) Then she explains everything about the man named Rick while heading to the massive green spherical object and avoiding the dead bodies and space monsters.

2 hours later

“This place in the Central Finite Curve? Where the Ricks separated himself all the infinite universe from all the infinite universe.” (Sage)

“Rick is not the only one. There are many more Central Finite Curves, like the universe of Dianes.” (Kana) She unties her hair while fixing her new dress.

“Wait. Diane? As in Rick’s wife? I thought Rick Prime was erased from every universe across Infinity.” (Sage)

“Well, Yes and No. He did erase her from every universe across Infinity, but not inside. Diane’s Central Finite Curves. Also, get a proper dress up.” (Kana) She is brushing her hair.

“Now you mention it, why are you dressed like an office worker? (Sage) He was cheeking her out until Kana pulled a gun on him again. He then quickly changes his casual clothes to a smart dress with a nice red tie by using magic.

“Ok, I’m going to call him. Please make sure you behave yourself otherwise, I’m telling Leo.” (Kana) Sage can’t help but shiver when he remembers Leo being punished for his mess-up on a mission. He doesn’t want to go through that again, so he quickly throws away any silly things and is as professional as possible.

“So which Rick are we going to meet?” (Sage)

“The smartest one and the mastermind behind everything here.” (Kana) The green sludge portal opens in front of them.  They look at each other, nod, and enter the green sludge portal.

Exiting the green sludge portal, Kana and Sage arrive at a normal-looking house. Kana approaches the door to knock, but the door opens instead.

“Ohhhhh, heyyyyyyy! Kana-san, it has been a while!” (????) A bowl-cut hair, skinny, lab-coat-wearing old man greets Kana and Sage with excitement.

 “It has been a while, Rick.” (Kana) She gives him a polite bow; since Kana was Japanese when she was a mortal, she never forgets her heritage.  “And this is my co-worker Sage.” (Kana) She gestures to the dark-haired caucasian man.

“Hello there. Please to meet you.” (Sage) He smiles and extends his hand.

“Oh, my Gosh! You’re one of the real original Lokis!!” (Rick) He grabs Sage’s hand and shakes it profusely.

“That's my old name. I go by Sage Alpha now.” (Sage) He smiles bitterly.

“Oh gosh! I hope I don’t offend you in any way. (Rick) He quickly let go of Sage's hand and looked nervously.

“Oh no, we’re cool.” (Sage)

“That's a relief. My name is Rick Sanchez, Earth dimension J19 Zeta-7. Nice to meet you.” (Rick) Sage that name before. He turns to Kana, who gives him a serious look, which answers his question. This Rick was known to all Rick as a doofus Rick, but Kana said he was the master of all Rick.

(“I’ll explain later.”) (Kana) She sends a telepathy. Suddenly, a loud “Ding” came from inside Rick’s house.

“Oh! The meat is ready! Ahh, where are my manners? Come in, come in. Make yourself at home.” (Rick) He guides Kana and Sage to the dining room and quickly runs toward the kitchen. Kana and Sage both sit down and patiently.

(“Umm, Soooo…”) (Sage)

(“Oh, right…. Explanation. Do you think Rick Prime and C137 are the big shots of this Central Finite Curve? No, the real big shot is the one who controls everything from the shadow.”) (Kana)

(“…….Mmmm, How long you have been here?”) (Sage)

(“Around 50 years. Enough to make a judgement.”) (Kana)

(“Ok, continue.”) (Sage)

(“At first, I got the same feeling that C-137 was the main Rick, but there are so many…..ummm what do you call it………oh yea, convenient. So I dig deeper that when I meet J19 Zeta-7. At first, I thought he was evil, like evil, evil. But it turns out that he is a very nice guy, unlike other Ricks, who is a narcissistic asshole. Anyway, Rick J19 Zeta-7 explained to me everything, the plan and everything. The reason he tried to make C-137 to be the main focus of the Central Finite Curve because Rick J19 Zeta-7 wanted to divert the attention away from him. That is the reason why he was known as the Doofus Rick, but the truth is he is the Perfect Rick.”) (Kana) She noticed Sage in deep thought. She continues on.

(“Do you remember about the Rick’s wave?”) (Kana)

(“Hmm? You mean the so-called genius wave, right? Ugh, you just have to remind me of that fashion pervert. This is something he definitely would say.”) (Sage)

(“You see, Rick has a genius wave that can track how Rick finds each other in another dimension. But some Rick doesn’t want to be found, so they their sidekick to block their genius wave. Now look at J19 Zeta-7. He actually has no grandson as a waveblocker. Do you know why?”) (Kana)

(“Because he uses a very good Tech?”) (Sage)

(“Nope! That is because J19 Zeta-7’s genius wave overshadows Central Finite Curve. That's why, from a closer up, other Ricks can’t feel  J19 Zeta-7’s genius wave because they can’t see how big it is.”) (Kana)

(“Mmmm, I’m convinced that J19 Zeta-7 is the most powerful Rick. But no, because of what you told me. Kana di, did you tell him what we are?”) (Sage)

(“Yeah? Why?”) (Kana)

(“That the thing. He doesn’t fear us, Kana.”) (Sage)  Kana thinks back to Rick’s apology to Sage. Rick wasn’t apologised because he fears of Sage’s race. It is because he didn’t want to upset Sage as a person. He was being a nice person.

(“We as a Supreme Celestial can easily wipe out Central Finite Curve. Most mortals know this would fear us or worship us. But this Rick treats us equally. It means that He has a way to deal with a Supreme Celestial.”) (Sage) Then Rick came out with two plates of tasty aroma.

“Thanks for the wait!” (Rick) He places two exquisite dishes in front of both Kana and Sage. The dish is a perfectly cooked medium-rare Wagyu Loin steak with a bit of garnish and a splash of sauce that looks straight out of a 5-star restaurant. 

“This is….” (Sage)

(Hehehe. What do you think? A10 Wagyu! You won’t find that anywhere in the multiverse or even your Astral realm.” (Rick)

“Rick. Isn’t this a bit much?” (Kana)

“Blah, you both are my guest. I would be a bad host if I didn’t treat my guest with a good meal. Come on, let us dig in before it gets cold.” (Rick) He went back to the kitchen and got his own plate.

“Oh, Kana-san here.” (Rick) A robot came next to Kana and handed her a bowl of rice. Her eyes lid up as an East Asian person. When someone asks what kind of rice they eat, they will always answer: YES.  

“Thank you, Rick.” (Kana) She smiles and happily receives from the robot.

“Would you like some as well?” (Rick) He turns toward Sage.

“Nah, I’m good. Thank you.” (Sage) He picks up the knife and fork. He pecks the fork into the tender meat, and the juice flows out of it, making it more appealing. Then he slices the meat, which is soft, like tofu, and takes a mouthful. “Mmmmmmm!! Holy COWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! (Sage) It was so delicious that he unconsciously screamed. 

“Be quiet while you eat. Rude!” (Kana) She put a dew slice of Wagyu meat on rice and happily chomped down.

“Ahhhh, my bad.” (Sage) Slice and happily eat another piece. As Supreme Celestial, they do not need to consume food to survive; they can still eat, but they will never feel full or satisfied. Which Kana and Sage regret while dining in the moment.

“Hahaha. I’m glad you both enjoyed it…….Oh, right. Here……Kana-san. This what you here for right?. (Rick) He put a tech device on the table and pushed it toward her. Kana’s eyes lit up. She quickly put her meal down and dug her own dimensional bag.

“Thank you….. Here is what you need.” (Kana) Kana passed a glass sphere containing a very powerful energy. Sage saw what Kana gave to Rick; he nearly choked from surprise.

“Ka kanaaa….isn’t that 50% of your concentrate power of Astral force!? That thing can wipe this universe 100 times over if it explodes!” (Sage) Even Sage to the explosion head-on. He would be seriously injured.

“It's okay. That’s why it is in a special container.” (Kana) She saw the container, which nearly gave him a heart attack. Kana ignores Sage and passes the special container to Rick.

“Thank you. I kinda needed it at the moment.” (Rick) He happily received the item from Kana.

“Ummm…..What is that anyway?” (Sage) He looks at the remote-like device.

“Temporal sense eraser. It can erase any time-travelling trail and presence in a planet-size area.” (Kana) She let Sage take a closer to the Temporal sense eraser.

“Mmmm, I see……What do you need for it anyway?” (Sage) Looking at Kana.

“Simple. We are going to meet your grandson, Tony, after this.” (Kana) She casually said this while happily enjoying her meal.

“………………………………………………(Sage stare at Kana while she take a piece of the Wagyu beef from Sage ‘s plate.) ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..What?” (Sage) Rick, on the other hand, doesn’t care what is going on between Kana and Sage. He doesn't want to be rude to intrude on other people's business without consent.
