265 One Piece: My Name is Jack
Added 2025-04-28 19:57:15 +0000 UTC"Lord Jack! This time, it's a Marine vessel!"
"They haven't launched an attack on Ailen Island. Their target is clear—Wano!"
"Understood."
After hanging up the Den Den Mushi, Jack turned to Kaido and asked,
"Are we really not going to fly over there and take out a few of them now?"
"In an aerial battle, we have the absolute advantage!"
"If we deal with them now, we won't have to worry about missing the Fire Festival!"
"No need," Kaido replied confidently, standing up and walking to the window. He gazed outside, his voice calm but menacing.
"Why waste the battlefield I've prepared for them?"
"Joy Boy..."
"Wororororo! Let's begin!"
"Jack!"
"Launch a world war!"
...
From above, the island where Kaido and Jack stood was clearly visible—it was not far from Onigashima, a massive landmass comparable in size to Wano itself. It had been thrown there by Teren using his Mark-Mark Fruit ability and caught by Jack's Flame Clouds. This was the battlefield Kaido had carefully prepared.
After all, with Wano and Onigashima now so prosperous, he wouldn't let them be easily destroyed by war.
The island's structures were a mix of old and newly built ones, at least enough to accommodate the Beasts Pirates' main forces with food and shelter.
The All-Stars and the Tobiroppo quickly gathered. Following Kaido's orders, they moved to their designated positions. However, Kaido soon noticed that Jack, Black Maria, and his daughter Yamato were missing.
"Enel! Wait! Where's Jack?!"
Hearing Kaido's call, Enel lazily looked up at the sky.
"...???"
Kaido activated his Observation Haki, and his face darkened. He grabbed his kanabo, Hassaikai, and was about to charge upward. Seeing this, Enel immediately dropped to his knees.
"Kaido-san! Please spare me!"
...
Meanwhile, Jack was lounging on a floating Flame Cloud, drinking and snacking with Yamato and Black Maria. Feeling a rush of excitement after eating his fill, he glanced at the two women, both slightly flushed from the alcohol.
"My darlings, have you ever heard of 'A Thousand Miles in a Day'?"
"Since they haven't arrived yet, why don't I give you a little demonstration?"
A massive Flame Cloud drifted with the wind. Some time later, dozens of pirate ships appeared on the horizon.
Spotting the island—one that wasn't supposed to exist on any map—Luffy hesitated for a moment before quickly realizing what was happening. Without hesitation, he used his abilities to leap onto an unguarded dock.
"Alright, boys! CHARGE!"
As soon as the pirate ships reached shore, thousands of pirates disembarked, following Luffy toward the depths of the island. Ahead of them, Enel and Shiryu opened their eyes simultaneously.
...
Not long after, another fleet of over a dozen ships arrived. Shanks leaped onto the beach, his gaze locking onto Yasopp, who looked uncharacteristically grim.
"This time, we're settling things with Jack once and for all."
Raising his right hand, Shanks declared, "Alright, boys! It's time for war!"
"RAAHH!"
As the Red-Haired Pirates advanced, they were soon met by King, standing calmly in their path. Beside him were Rim and Master. Behind them, dozens of tall, muscular men opened their eyes simultaneously.
Seeing the faces of those men—so eerily similar to Kaido—Shanks felt a sudden weight in his chest.
...
"Vice Admiral Garp! The Red-Haired Pirates and the Straw Hat Pirates have all arrived!"
"Should we move in now?"
Garp clenched his fists, his tone firm. "We'll enter from the eastern side of the island."
"Vice Admiral Garp!"
Rob Lucci, dressed in a white Marine suit, protested sternly, "If we move now, we'll face the full force of the Beasts Pirates!"
"Why not wait until they weaken each other and strike then?"
"I won't allow the Navy to act like cowards!"
BAM!
"Ugh—!"
Garp grabbed Lucci's head and lifted him effortlessly.
"Don't forget—I'm the commanding officer of this war!"
"Even if you're CP0, you follow my orders!"
"Waiting for mutual destruction?"
BAM!
He slammed Lucci into the ground, scoffing.
"You really think Shanks and Luffy stand a chance against the Beasts Pirates?"
"Even among the Emperors, the Beasts Pirates have a completely different approach to power!"
"Not to mention... Jack, that monster!"
"Take the Seraphim and prepare for battle! We move NOW!"
...
On the eastern side of the island, Kuzan leaned against a rock, lazily watching the Runtii siblings bicker. Behind him stood a dozen towering men—each one resembling Jack.
As a row of Marine battleships approached, thousands of Zoan-enhanced warriors burst from the jungle, their beastly roars filling the air.
From a ship, Big Mom leaped onto the shore, her children following behind.
"KAIDO! WHERE ARE YOU?!"
Queen wiped sweat from his forehead, pacing nervously. Beside him, Shiryu and the others looked hesitant.
"Why?! Why did Big Mom choose this direction?!"
"She's an Emperor just like Kaido, and she's brought all her top officers! How are we supposed to stop them?!"
"K-Kaido-san..."
Kaido's face darkened as he approached. Without a word, he raised his kanabo and charged forward.
"LING-LING! How many times do I have to tell you?! NEVER SHOW YOUR FACE IN FRONT OF ME AGAIN!"
The floating Flame Clouds trembled violently.
...
Jack sat up suddenly, using Observation Haki to scan the area.
"Huh?"
"Get dressed."
"I think I just spotted an old acquaintance. They're headed for Wano, too. I'll see if I can hitch a ride."
On a ship deck, Mihawk stood with arms crossed, staring at the sea. Beside him, Crocodile smoked a cigar, his expression serious. Meanwhile, Moria paced back and forth, cursing loudly.
"Damn it, Kaido! I'm back for revenge! I'll kill you this time!"
In the corner, Buggy cowered, tears streaming down his face.
"We're sailing into hell itself!"
Behind them, dozens of ships bearing the Cross Guild's flag followed closely. The pirates on board were ecstatic at the thought of battling an Emperor.
Then Mihawk's expression shifted. He glanced at the sky, his face darkening. Crocodile and Moria followed his gaze, their expressions turning grim.
"That's... Jack the Drought!"
"Damn it!"
Mihawk didn't hesitate—he swung his sword.
BOOM!
Jack smirked. "I just wanted a ride. Guess that's a no."
He took a deep breath. "Heat Breath!"
BOOM!
Buggy dove into the sea.
Minutes later, Jack surveyed the burning wreckage. "Tsk. I just wanted a lift. Guess I'll fly back myself."
...
In the water, a few figures surfaced, clutching debris.
"Captain Buggy! Are you alright?!"
Coughing up seawater, Buggy wailed, "My money! My precious treasure!"
"I told you not to mess with him!"
"The Cross Guild... wiped out before even reaching Wano!"
