Survivor HQ texture pack update

Hi guys, update time. This was supposed to come out earlier but retroarch was being funky and working really slow, I updated to try to fix it and the game now crashes on boot, lol. Had to do a full clean reinstall and just then worked, I been told that the problem most likely was that I didnt have enough space one my main drive and it checks, as I cleaned my pc before reinstalling retroarch. So now you know if you face something similar just be sure you have enough free space on your drive.

This update brings inproved textures for the hospital and some transparency fixes for the alredy done areas. Like I said in old updates there is still some textures that cant be replaced yet as the texture dump option of the emulator cant get them for some reason, there is also still some transparency issues in the areas after Lott and Lily's house.

Been using some AI tools to help me in this update, used Dream to create magazine covers for the waiting room and used Chatgpt to write some signs on the hospital that were to distorted or have nonsence on the original textures (like the sing next to the pharmacy window it had what it looks like text from a taxes form from Canada lol). Curious thing: most of the legible signs had precise info of the hospital, like the map before the stairs or the sign in the reception but you wouldn't be able to read it cause the texture is so small and it will get too deformed on a crt.

Also check the intallation/configuration video, if you are using Retroarch 1.15.0 or newer the options are now in the "core options > video" menu when you run the game. I will update the video with some anotations with this later.
