Color commission for a friend --

Well it's cool that you are using different studios and techniques to color, especially if it helps you move things along. It sounds like it would give you more possibilities to work with, thus freeing you up in what you can do. :D Any art from you is always awesome, Tsu. Like I said, whether it's pairings, commissions or venting, it's always good to see what kinds of pieces you turn out. Venting art especially, because not only is it good for you in getting things off your chest, you're also very talented in illustrating extreme scenes of emotional depth. With the way you draw and write emotionally taxing comic pages like with Julien and Uncle or just solo pieces altogether, I am always amazed at how well you convey those emotions and the darker not-so-fun things in life. It really feels real and I can tell it's something you feel very strongly about in the way you draw it. Perhaps some people really don't wish to face stuff like this, but sometimes fantastic pieces of artwork aren't always 'pretty' in the sense that they make us 'feel' happy. Rather, some of us can relate to when we reach those moments in our lives when we're really down and things feel really bleak. Julien is still alive and kicking, and like him, we just press on and do our best to pick ourselves up. :)

Thank you so much! Coloring is usually something I really dread lol, but using different programs gives me the chance to find new ways to color which keeps my interest in what I'm doing. I need art enrichment XD I'm trying to best to draw, just whatever I want, so far it's only a few little things but it's better than nothing I feel. I'll be posting them soon but it's more venting ;w;

I think this came out really well! I agree, the colors on the hair look fantastic, and as always, you've got a knack for illustrating character designs as well as awesome looking costumes. :D I particularly dig the costume of the masked fellow with the hooded cloak (long story short, I've been into a whole lot of masked characters lately). For what it's worth, I think your coloring and drawing skills look great no matter which studio you use, but I am sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with finding inspiration to draw. I hope you continue to experiment and find what you feel best suits you. :)
