It just happened.
Maybe Kowalski likes sitting in the rain for penguin reasons and Julien kind decided to endure to be close to him. ;w;
It only looks like they're crying and sad aaaaaah, phew, I dunno.
Maybe I'm sad- I know I am but like, grrr I don't want to wallow in it. :<
I only wanted to draw Kowalski/Julien. T3T

After all, it is really sweet of Julien to brave the elements to stay by the side of the person he loves and no doubt Kowalski appreciates it. :) So its a bit sad, but also heartwarming too. Awesome job!
