For anyone who isn't on discord, here is the explanation for the sugar cube:

Can you believe it! They now charge you for sugar per cube at the 443 coffee shops. They call it is a service fee as their employees deliver it personally to your table. The owner says he got the idea when he saw how maids serve meals in japan performing a special ritual adding a love spell to improve the dish. I call it a scam! I mean giant latte costs $ 7.69 already how dare they charge extra ! ! ! - yes another cube please, thank you dear

P.S.: I hear when you buy 6 cubes you get a special. Not sure what that means, you can probably take a picture with the waitress that she signs... or in case of Barista-chan you can sign her.
