October Pinup Set Poll!

What would you like to see me work on, for October's set? Scroll down to see the options:
First, we have a Castlevania fanart set:
It's a gender bent Simon (Simona) Belmont, based on some of the old art for the NES Castlevania games! In this set, I wanted to focus on theme and setting, with loads of stuff in the backgrounds that fans of the original Castlevania games would recognize and enjoy. Currently these are just sketches, so there will be some pose adjustments (bottom right) and more details added (especially in the bottom left). I want to put lots of baddies in there!
NSFW Features: These will have nude variants (or battle damage outfits that expose nudity), and will not have any sex scenes.
Next, we have a Dragon's Crown fan art set:
It's the Sorceress from Dragon's Crown! This one is more traditional in it's pinup format, with a major focus on the character and pose.
NSFW Features: I'll be doing nude versions of each drawing, and an erotic (sex) version of one of these, likely one of the bottom two. But the details of which are still to be worked out.

2024-09-30 23:13:27 +0000 UTCThe Simona set is definitely going to be fun and great. Dragon's crown in general but the sorceress especially just makes me feel some sort of way though you know? XD that game was and still is incredibly fun. I'm glad I have a copy for my PS3

Sometimes I will simplify things based on what I think people want, and so I was wondering if the Castlevania one was maybe not sexy enough for my "Pinup" patreon brand. But people are voting it up, so I suppose people do enjoy a bit of action or narrative with the sexy themes. Live and learn! :D

2024-09-29 21:23:08 +0000 UTCThanks for the vote! I am always pressed for time, and it's difficult to know what people will enjoy, and what will end up taking a lot of time and turning people away. That's the downside of doing this for a living. I can't just draw whatever tickles my fancy, unless I can validate to myself that enough people will also enjoy it, to support the time spent making it. I do remember that set, and it was a fun idea! But at the time it was a large project compared to what I was used to. I do think I would be better equipped to do it justice now, but I've also moved on from it emotionally, and I think I'd probably want to just make something new. But who knows! I still have the concept sketches haha

The bottom left pic on set A is basically a perfect example of what I mean. Added bonus: "oops battle damage nudity!" is a subcategory of it that I particularly like. :)

A loooong time ago, you had posted sketches of your fantasy heroine character - the one with the short hair, sword, armor & headscarf - invading a dungeon and battling a goblin and I wish you'd seen that one through. I'd always hoped she'd become a recurring character, but that never came to pass.

I'll likely do the Sorceress one some other time, since people do seem to like that set, and I already have the sketches done, so why not? As for a Ruthie set, maybe! I've been just sort of letting myself explore a bit lately, and right now I'm in a medieval fantasy mood. Specifically, more of a grimdark medieval fantasy mood haha

I was actually binging the netflix series a couple weeks ago in prep for the new season coming in January. As well as rewatching IFinishedAVideoGame's "Castlevania Series Retrospective - A Complete History and Review" for probably the 10th time this year. (It's REALLY GOOD!) Still, I think the backgrounds give the Castlevania set an overwhelming advantage here. Probably unfairly so. Though I suppose there's no reason you can't do the Dragon's Crown set at a later date. Which I hope you do cause it does look fantastic. I think Sorceress gets so much attention that people forget about Amazon and Elf who are just as awesome and hot. I really need to play Dragon's Crown some more. I have it and I think it's a GREAT game, but I've just got so much going on that I haven't ever finished it. Anyway, unrelated to anything here, have you ever considered doing a Ruthie solo set? I think it'd be nice to see her set out on her own at least once.
