On another note, I am considering doing 4 illustrations per character, at least on some of em. I am having a hard time limiting the sets to 3, and still have the sequential aspect of the illustrations make sense. XD

Yes that's true! It means I will have to go back and revisit the fighter elf character, but I don't see a problem with that. I want to be really flexible with how I arrange this book. My goal is to create something unique and interesting, so I don't mind changing things around here and there. That is to say, I don't want to set any hard and fast rules. 3 illos doesnt work, then I will do 4. It just adds to the content.

2014-08-07 18:02:05 +0000 UTCYeah, I can see how that might be an issue. If your concept to tell the story without any text, going to 4 illustrations would help flesh out the story lines a bit more. Maybe create some more tension. Because with three you basically are stuck with: 1 Establishing, 2 conflict, 3 resolution. If you stick another conflict element in there you can raise the stakes a bit for the resolution to have a bigger impact. Speaking from a strict storytelling point of view. Of course, I just want to see more elf girl adventure pics. So thats the greedy side of me talking.
