Using AI technology to power robots is possible in the future. However, there are financial and human resource issues. In terms of motion generation, I think we'll be applying AI4Animation in terms of technology. (I'm not an AI expert myself, so I can't guarantee that.) https://github.com/sebastianstarke/AI4Animation?s=09 If we want to give robots something like real consciousness in terms of mind and cognitive science, we still have to wait for science to develop. There is a lab at my university that uses robots called cognitive robotics to explore how human cognition works, and there is a lot of involvement. https://ogata-lab.jp/ Anyway, at the moment I am working on my own, and I feel the limitations caused by this.
