$1 LED downlight
Added 2025-02-22 16:03:33 +0000 UTCIn a way I suppose that it's actually easier and cheaper to ship these downlights than it is to ship a light bulb. This is one of those awful built-in ceiling lights where you can't change the bulb, so you have to physically remove the whole fitting from the ceiling and engage in electrical wiring instead.

I wonder if there is something to the way the LEDs are split 9/3 in the circuit or the combining of the pins in the linear regulator that helps explain that? Or have I missed the boat somewhere because the Mrs is all for buying silicone cooking stuff, like cup cake moulds that don' melt and silicone utensils that don't conduct heat. Please explain.
