Fullbody step by step female poses vol 1(term 23)

Some of you have requested seating poses, so here's one for now, I'll be doing more in the future, if you have any request for poses post below , I'll try to add it in to the next fullbody step by step : D as always i encourage you guys to use reference images (either google it or use self reference) when you need inspiration and direction ^_^.
From sketch->lineart->color.

I recently got my first tablet and I'm quite bad at colouring with it; it's a lot harder than drawing traditionally. I especially struggle with colouring a lot because I don't know how to use brushes and when I should use which brushes.
