Betty and Veronica Modern spin (term 18 reward)
Added 2015-07-26 22:59:04 +0000 UTCThis piece is a bit rough, I did this a few month back when I was still in my rougher experimenting phase XD I really appreciate this comic it was such an important part of my life when I was a kid .Back then, I was living with my mom in our one bedroom apartment, it was something I could read over and over again, I had so much fun eveything i read it. We weren't rly well off back then so This comic rly helped me entertain myself XD I think I had like 4 comics and that was all i needed!
Anyways, I wanted to draw Betty and veronica because what lil girl didn't want to in some way be like them ? Well i did when i was a kid XD ~!
Giving some modern twist to this piece :) hope u guys like !

But I guess that happened more with Veronica and Reggie (when they would work together). I just remember her looking really depressed after her plan completely backfired every time (and Jughead eating a ton of hamburgers because somehow he usually benefited from it) :D

Veronica you captured perfectly- pretty, a little high maintenance looking, but sly (as she was almost always in the comics). I used to read the comics in the store while waiting for my mom to check out (500 coupons meant quite a wait XD). You should do an Archie and Reggie (similar to Betty and Veronica) & Moose and Midge piece too! I don't know if you read the other comics that were usually inserted in the books too- Sabrina the teenage witch, and a couple other good ones (that I can't remember now XD )

It introduces me to the brunette vs blonde concept. Blue White and Red purple are 2 of my favourite colour combinations :)
