Will you ever consider compressing your file size because they are freaking huge for every single video files? There are programs out there that compress the size of your videos but still keep it's quality. Just letting you know because it can be very beneficial to you. It's sad that I wouldn't be supporting your this month but congrats to your success!

My pledge or term 10 was charged April 2nd and it sounds like some people have already received their rewards for then? Since this is my first pledge I wanted to make sure that nothing went wrong, and was told by another it supposed to appear in an email via zip format. Pour ce faire, allez à la page principale et choisir un niveau de gage. Une fois que vous confirmez les paramètres de paiement, vous êtes prêt à recevoir des récompenses après chaque terme. Sakimi envoie habituellement un message privé qui contient les liens de téléchargement vers récompenses terme quelques jours après votre paiement est traité. They come as the full sets, not individuals. And the only way to get previous terms is to pay $20, which will get you the current one and one of the previous ones of your choice.

I have recently acquired a new computer and I no longer have a bunch of your older (and amazing) portrait tutorials. I clicked on the mediafire link in my messages but its become private. It sounds like I'm not the only one in this sort of situation, but I was only charged for term 10, not term 9. The payment for term 9 isn't even pending. I signed up for tier 4 mid March, but It was before the end of term 9.

Okay, I had my pledge set up to automatically go out bi-weekly for $20, I was never charged for the previous term but Patreon said I was already set up to be charged once every two weeks. Alex, it takes Patreon days to bill the pledges. You have time. As long as you have already pledged, the money won't come out for another day or so usually. If you haven't pledged yet, then you missed this term.
