I also vote for gender-swapping the character(s) first; it's your signature thing and adds some interest and uniqueness to the piece beyond the fanservice. In that vein, how about female versions of... - Dante and/or Virgil (Devil May Cry) - Captain Jack Sparrow - Kenshin A while back, I saw a series of "Disney princesses dressed as their princes," which you could easily do with other characters.
