Which gives an opportunity for another poll! For this update, we decided to remove 3 planned B&W images to fit in a color illustration at the end + a very similar part 2** for that image. This also resulted in us extending the update's length text-wise to reach the part of the story corresponding to those illustrations.
So, in retrospect, should we have done those things? Should we have done it differently?

**Having 2 similar color illustrations count as 1.5 is rather iffy, and unlikely to be something that will be an option often. The 2 images in question were borderline / we're not sure in retrospect if it should have counted as 1.5.

In other news, I need to fix up the formatting, do some other finished novel update tweaking so I can resume public posting, etc., so that's the plan for the week. As Eldrik might have time this month to start sketching ahead I'll also be deciding this week what the illustrations for the update after next will be. More on that in a day or so.
