Bonus votes are gained every submission month by $20+ patrons. At your current tier you still get 1x piggybank credit per month which is enough to participate in every vote (just without bonus votes), since the votes are every other month and only require 2x credit. You also have enough piggybank credit saved up to submit this month in addition to voting next month. A total of 8x credit saved up, to be precise.
