To set up discord rewards on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/settings/apps
If you’re don’t already have a discord account, just click the first link. It’ll ask you to claim whatever temporary name you put in as an account (which involves the usual account creation process for any site). After you have an account, go to your patreon account settings by clicking the second link. Then click "apps" (as shown above), click "Connect", and then sign in to your discord account again.
And you're done! You'll automatically get access to the channels corresponding to your tier.
