But I'd be surprised if she can't come up with another trick now that the plant is giving her some time to think.

Since we don't know exactly what happens, but she apparently retains muscle strength, it doesn't seem likely she'd collapse altogether. But, maybe as the process continues, she becomes more consistently creamy through and through?
