I would assume so, I mean context is important and also for the sake of consistency I don't see why any of these creatures would let them stay on once she's been captured, as it's already been established they are kleptomaniacs and clothing serves no purpose for the victims anyway. Personally I would suggest that since while keeping them on currently outnumbers off, but context + off outnumbers on that she just keep them on until the last possible moment assuming loss/capture in the near future.
