Reminds me of the German Scientists and Japanese members of Unit 731 who got a free pass in exchange for working for the Americans.
Funny how that works, huh?

I think someone did, or possibly even earlier than that.
Now I just need to wait for the Red sister...

hmm, it seems my previous comment is gone, so i guess i repost? i'll delete this, if it's just an error on my end.
anyways, some things to remind you about:
first, we are finally introduced to nigredo. she was supposed to appear earlier, but was unfortunately cut for time. she made some minor appearances earlier, most inportant though after the invasion of the tomb, where her kindhearted nature caused her to try and save some people against ainz's order, hence why she is in prison.
it's unfortunately a somewhat common thing with ligt novel adaptations, where they cut a character for time, only for the character to become more important later on, so they just have to pretend they were there the whole time. another recent-ish example of this would be wiz from konosuba. they skipped the part introducing her, so she just sort shows up later, runing her shop, and kazuma goes "oh yeah, we met her on a mission earlier".
anyway, as i think i mentioned before, albedo and her sister represent the three phases of alchemy. first is decomposition which is nigredo. next is purification, which is albedo. lastly, there is creation.
the one who created the two was tabula smaragdina, the weird octopus creature pandora's actor was disguised at, when we first met him in s01e11. tabula was a massive nerd and obsessed with details, so, whenever you find something whith a wall of text in it's description, it was probably created by him.
he was also really into gap moe (the difference between a person appearance and their character) which explains both nigredo (looks evil, but is very kind and loving) and albedo (looks like a proper lady, but is described in her flavor text as a massive slut (sidenote ainz changed this part during the first episode so that her libido is exclusevly focused on him)).
another sidething to bring up, ainz commenting about it not being a proper thing for a working member of society to interupt a superior; it was actually a requirement for all members of the guild to be a working member of society and to have a life outside the game, so i guess ainz is somewhat projecting here. might just be a coincidence though.
next, the existense of gundams shouldn't be too big of a surprise. after all, remember the angels ainz fought against back in like s01e04? they looked like gundams as well. and of course there's cz2128 delta, of the pleiades battle maids, who runs around carrying a p90 machine gun as her primary weapon, so it's not completely unprecendented.
lastly.... i guess if you're important enough, you can get away with anything. lilynette belongs in prison, but since she'snot easily replaceable as an important member of the kingdom's defense force, she can get away with it. how lucky....

Probably someone told it during Jojo. But Albedo and her sister are named after stages of creating Philosopher's stone. Nigredo ( ̶b̶l̶a̶c̶k̶e̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ making shit black) -> Albedo ( ̶w̶h̶i̶t̶e̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ making shit white) -> Rubedo ( ̶r̶e̶d̶d̶e̶n̶i̶n̶g̶ making shit red). In some versions there is one more between Albedo and Rubedo, but I can't be bothered to remember how it was called and how it translates. The guy who created both of them was huge fan of ocultism, alchemy, and other shit like that.
