2022-08-10 11:24:08 +0000 UTCHonestly it's more so Beerus' and the Kais' fault their universe was so low in rank because honestly both hinder more than they really help. Afterall in the very beginning of the series thanks to beerus sleep he pretty left the universe in chaos thanks to Buu pretty much blowing up planets left and right as well as most of the kais of his universe dying in process trying to stop buu. Plus by letting The Cold Empire destroy or sell planets while also killing and enslaving denizens of said planets the mortal level went down more as they kept doing it including them killing strong warriors that apposed them. Surprisingly The Kais didn't really do much to doom their universe after all they tried their best with buu, Shin wasn't experience enough to be supreme kai since Elder kai seems to have more knowledge than him. Even so he could have helped deal with The Cold Empire because after all that their universe is left with 28 planets in the whole universe, most of their strongest fighters has died while defending their planets from the empire, alot of the empire's strongest dying with Frieza on Namek and now all their strongest fighters is just on one planet now.

2022-07-23 03:51:57 +0000 UTCNow that I think about it, our main characters love using the Dragon Balls to bring back masses of dead people killed by bad guys, and a lot of those killed are weak humans. In the DB universe, who would've guessed that reviving billions of low level humans screwed them over in the scaling lol
