I like insane the idea is but given that radar was not fully implemented they got away with it.

The missiles are for this mission only because they were designed to do one specific task using all the other research Schugel is doing. He was taked with a problem "how to deliver mages FAR behind enemy lines" and that's what came out. In a relatively short time.

2022-01-29 02:46:50 +0000 UTCnot much to say for this one. one tidbit of note is that the rockets were actually introduced a bit earlier in the novels, during the attack of the fjord. they used them to get past their defences instead of parachuting in. apart from that you can sorta tell how big of a deal the attack last episode was, as people are still dealing with fallout of the events last episode. heck, even tanya seems somewhat shaken by it. however, while what they did was horrible, it was without a doubt the most efficient way to spare further bloodshed down the line.
