Guess the Pop Star - No, Really, Please Guess

I'm probably going to make a small comic with her cause I love her lol. I think I did good job, but I'm obviously biased and overly familiar. It was my first time trying to create a star lookalike, so I think my perspective is a little skewed.
Can any of you guess who this is?
