Real World Photo Integration Idea
Added 2021-06-27 03:48:26 +0000 UTCI had an idea the other day, I thought about.. what if I take a photo and use it to create a realistic background for higher quality shrunken renders. I think the result turned out nice, and I'm curious to hear your thoughts. Additionally, I thought it would be an interesting Patreon reward to take your photos of desks or tables or ground and integrate 3D renders into them. What do you guys think? I almost might post this render to various discord servers, but only because I'm planning on making a lot more for you guys! As soon as I wake up tomorrow, I plan to create some SW scenes with this idea in mind.

2021-06-27 04:41:58 +0000 UTCI think it works, but whichever is less work is fine. I think we're still in the uncanny valley with realism in the models. I'm just happy that you pay attention to hand textures, even today it's hard to find ones that hold up to closeup shots.
