It’s awfully embarrassing to not make it on time for “February 31”. And it’s equally embarrassing to realize that if it wasn’t for the January problems with the script which slowed down translation, programming and even drawing, we would have had every chance to make it. But whatever happened, happened.
Now, let’s take a look at our updated page of colorful squares.

Well, it ain’t that bad. But “ain’t that bad” doesn’t count. We had plans to make everything green by the spring. Because it’s freaking spring, you know.
So, what’s left in yellow and red areas? Let’s take a closer look.

1. Finish a particular character’s doll. Not a big deal. Perhaps, this part of work is already finished by the time you’re reading this.
5. Finish the art featuring this character. Lots of stuff there, but we could polish this art up until the release, it’s not slowing us down.
2. The combat. We don’t have many combat sequences in the first chapter, so we decided to make the main one fun. Thank you, everyone testing the combat system last time. It solved a couple of problems and, I hope, will save us some time now.
3. The secret. A sweet nothing. It doesn’t slow us down in any way.
4. The minigame. Yes, once again we said the Word-Which-Shall-Not-Be-Named. And we spend a lot of time and efforts again. But now it’s in the final stage. What could possibly go wrong…?
6. Build, test asap and release. Pray your bloody gods for us!
And because we’re quite bad at setting dates, as you might notice, this time we’ll just start crossing-out the items of this (small) list and report to you.
Well then. Let’s get back to work.
