I agree the inconsistency could be the slug having voids in it , as it appears to be cast. From my experience trying to cast larger bullets and slugs I have always had a higher reject rate due to just visible flaws.

You might want to check precision reloading, or lyman products. They may have something like that.

That was a cool little slug, I wonder if the shape was casted or machined to a little tighter tolerances or more precisely if the flight characteristics would become more consistent? because it’s almost there. I was laughing pretty much the whole video between OG with the “choke yourself” or you telling OG to “stop” as you zoom in on the finger wiggle because it’s that irresistible lol, the masking tape was hilarious too

Can you guys recommend a reloading manual that focuses on Buckshot loads with different powders . Like BPI’s but with data with non-BPI wads? Looking for Clays or Longshot 00 loads with Claybusters wads.
