Radfall - User Requested Patches

If you want to try a patch, feel free to suggest it over in the discord. If it's something small, I might do it. However I don't really have the time to patch this against entire other load orders or huge overhauls (but I'm happy to help you do it).
Radfall - Reenable Survival Diseases
I think that the survival disease system is a pointless system. In the past I've tried to patch it so that it at least was a bit more interesting, but honestly I don't think it's possible without a heavy rewrite of the survival script (which I really don't want to do). For people who disagree with me and like the vanilla survival diseases, here's a patch that reenables them.
