Prerelease - 6.1.0-4

The big changes since 6.1.0-3 are a complete rebuild of the settlement crafting mods, and a rebranding to "Settler Built Settlements". You may experience some weirdness updating from a v3 prerelease in settlements that you already constructed (they should reset back to an unbuilt state, I think, but I've not tested it).

I've also fixed a bunch of bugs, and swapped the gatling rifle for the new Gatling Gun (including the ashmaker replacement). The Home Plate and Faction Home mod has come out, for now, due to PRP conflicts. I'd prefer something that doesn't break precombines, but unfortunately there aren't many options on the nexus, at least not that I could find. I'd also prefer something that isn't so heavily pre-decorated, e.g. empty gun racks with space to display your stuff, instead ofa bunch of static items you can't use.

The new settlement crafting is more or less where I want it. I rewrote the script I use to generate the patches to actually count what resources would be used to build everything yourself, and then for most things I divided by 4 to get the counts into a reasonable range, and rounded things off. Not all the settlements are covered, but that's where I'm going to need some help - I'm not a settlement builder. For those of you that are though, I'm happy to patch either mods (made in CK) or transfer settlement blueprints to use the system I've made. I'm especially interested in settlements that could have multiple seperate things to build- either multiple levels, or seperate groups of items (e.g. houses, walls/defenses seperated). If this is the kind of thing you like doing, feel free to get in touch.

Updating from 6.1 prerelease v1 should be safe, anything since hte addition of aloots home plate requires adding back aloot's home plate after the update (because it adds home plate in as a full settlement, and removing registered settlements will corrupt a save)

EDIT: I found a bug that was removing the added menu after the first load. Iv'e recompiled with the fix, and reuploaded

EDIT: Another recompile- I got permissions from Zed140, so I've gone ahead and fully converted the SBS patches to standalone mods. It gives me a lot more flexability to clean things up and modify them.
