It can definitely be hard to find interviews/videos of the drivers with their guard down but if you'd like to learn more about Lando I think this post-race chat from the Australian GP earlier this year is a great one to check out (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRHoixqhpIE). It's a bit short (around 7 minutes) and there's quite a bit of technical talk but I think Lando's personality really shines here and he's also talking to another driver who he's known for quite a while (Alex Albon) so you can see a bit of what he's like around his friends.
