Seventeen's Tipsy Live Conversation (Uncut: 50 Minutes)

I can be mistaken but I think the people at the back are Seventeen' staff and they rented the whole (very small) restaurant to film this content. It's usually the way for Dingo Tipsy live, as a mean for the artists to celebrate their songs with their staff and a bit of a drink ! I really enjoyed your reaction, and it's true that it's a chance to see such a good friendship irl. For your questions about Vernon and Joshua, I think they have their place in a more subdued way as they shine more is smaller group settings. I was pretty surprised to know that joshua's closest (?) friend in 17 was Jeonghan and Vernon's was Seungkwan (they seem to really like spending time together) ! Thanks for the video !

Just watched going Seventeen 2019 episode 4, in which the boys do presentations of their ideas for content for the coming year. Perfect for a Max reaction!

Please react to these episodes, they show the members in their most natural state and shows their personalities and dynamics with each other. I will put them in order: Going Seventeen TTT 2020: [GOING SEVENTEEN 2020] EP.44 TTT #1 (Hyperrealism Ver.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjbjlNbQqLc [GOING SEVENTEEN 2020] EP.45 TTT #2 (Hyperrealism Ver.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Go4K8zfGmdw Going Seventeen TTT 2021: [GOING SEVENTEEN] EP.18 TTT에 빠지다 #1 (Dive into TTT #1) (Water Sports Ver.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lTN_tCtuq0 [GOING SEVENTEEN] EP.19 TTT에 빠지다 #2 (Dive into TTT #2) (Water Sports Ver.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ieuS9OWhI1g [GOING SEVENTEEN] EP.20 TTT에 빠지다 #3 (Dive into TTT #3) (Water Sports Ver.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_wTMA3sO2c

Haha very fair assessment!

Agreed lol. To me, Jeonghan is more of the “lawful evil” and Joshua has more of the “chaotic evil” lol. Not to say they’re evil people but when they get in that zone 😂

They newly renewed their contracts and Seungkwan said that he was involved in the process as well as S.Coups.

I think Scoups and Dino have really interesting dynamics because leadership definitely does not come naturally to Scoups who is the youngest of four brothers and then was all of the sudden the oldest of 13, which is a huge shift. He was also originally supposed to debut as the youngest member of Seventeen's senior group which wouldve been sooo different. So he talks a lot about how he has to work harder to fit into a leader position when it feels more natural to him to interact with his members like a younger brother almost. I think that's why he relies so much on members like Seungkwan, Hoshi and Dino who clearly fit into a leadership role more naturally. But he has really evolved his role into something that I think really fits him and I think most importantly there is no one who cares about seventeen more and he will always prioritize them when talking to the company and more serious issues. On the other end of the spectrum you have Dino, who is the youngest here but the oldest in his family which is why I think he feels so comfortable taking on a more assertive, leadership role and why he is so mature. I think caring for other people in that way comes more naturally because he is an oldest sibling. So he has also talked about his struggles of being the youngest of 13 and how its sometimes hard for him to figure out how to fit in that role when he doesnt naturally let people baby him the way seventeen do. Seungkwan and Dino had a conversation where Seungkwan told him he was allowed to just be the youngest sometimes and not worry so much and I think that is super telling. Anyways, I just think that is super interesting when it comes to their dynamics! Also yeah this video is so special to me :) Its so vulnerable and real and really lets you feel their closeness. I am defintely biased but yeah I think DK is so impressive when it comes to empathy and he is super in tune with other people's emotions. So watching him be so attentive throughout the whole video for Woozi when he is usually the one crying at their concerts and stuff was so sweet. Also like a lot of other people said I do just think Vernon is naturally very nonchalant lol. He also does not really like to drink so I think more than him being disconnected it was more that he was kind of just chilling and observing more than participating which he often does! I think Josh, to me, just seemed out of it because he was really tipsy lol

Some insights on the boys, Seungkwan this year won a daesang (major award) at the Korean Brand Awards for the 'Male Idol Entertainer' category. When they were starting out, their company Pledis was not rich at all, Seungkwan was 100% hustle, networking non-stop (he has so many connections now with other idols, entertainers, variety shows, producers etc.) because he was putting in so much work to get Seventeen's name out there. So yeah, even though S.Coups is the general leader, he leans on Seungkwan a lot because Seungkwan's pillar of Seventeen, he did open many opportunities for them, despite being the 3rd youngest. The same goes for Woozi who was 100% always producing songs and coming out with music for the group while Hoshi and the performance team were choreographing their dances. Korean netizens call them the self-producing group because they built their image from the ground up, doing nearly everything themselves because times were tough back then. It's also the reason why they're so close, because they were there for each other during the hard times. You can also see in the video how deeply attentive Mingyu is (he's very caring toward the members) to Hoshi who gets swept away by emotions easily, and Jun with the unexpected charm of knowing how to break tension.

The reason why Scoups(and the rest of them) appreciate Seungkwan, one of the youngest members tho, a lot is maybe because at first their company was broke that Seungkwan had to ask for joining every variety show so that he can promote Seventeen😭. Apart from group activities, he had to join the show alone that time. Seventeen even said that every time they go on variety shows, Seungkwan always takes care them well and makes sure every member has an screen time. I sometimes consider him as the 4th unofficial leader, the entertainment leader. He really leads the guys well in this term. Love this group a lot and im so glad to find your channel who appreciates Seventeen.🧡

I rate this new background a 9/10. I love the incorporation of the outdoors and all the plants and rustic stone wall, it has a very relaxing/holiday feel. Only loses a point because it could be distracting and it almost looks fake!

So, as someone mentioned the people in the back are actually staff, so they're very close to them. Joshua and Vernon are very close, but Jeonghan and Joshua are actually probably the most likely to "scheme" together, i guess. They have a similar humor personality. Vernon's first languages are actually both Korean and English. He moved to Korea when he was only 5 and was actually schooled there and is probably more comfortable in a Korean context. It's funny, it's not that you're miss noticing Vernon kinda not being as "present". it's just that he notoriously kind of spaces out. He has nothing to prove and just flows with the surrounding he's in. He kinda just enjoys even if he doesn't always inherit the kind of extreme high energy that Seventeen sometimes falls into Also, YES Dk has an incredibly powerful and versatile voice, He's actually also a musical actor -- he has brilliant technique, power, and range

Joshua and Jeonghan are close since pre-debut. they are called the evil twins (they used to look more similar and both like to cheat at games). but he is close with other members as well
