2022-12-08 12:51:58 +0000 UTCI drink about 3 cups of decaf in the morning. Usually i drink a can or three of a sugar free soda. I have a jug of water in the fridge and i take a slug off of it multiple times a day. When im at a restaurant i like an Arnold Palmer.
