The cap on the French's mustard container has a little notch that lets you lock it back so it won't get mustard on it when you squeeze the bottle. Learned that like two weeks ago.

I didn't need to second-guess my conclusions and beliefs by comparing them to my parents and trying to be sure I was living up to their values and looking for ways to compromise with them. (I'm sure I'm not the only person who learned this for good and all in 2016.)
