Benefits Issue

Hello there Patrons! I do believe I have mostly solved the issue regarding the benefit package. It appears when everything changed over and the tiers changed it did affect the tiering systems. Everyone so far that has made mention of not getting their benefits appears to have remained at the old $12 tier. The $12 tier doesn't exist anymore.

For some reason Patreon doesn't automatically make it that if you are paying a certain level or more you should be getting everything below that pledge point.

The fix, from what I can tell, is that you'll have to go into your membership and actually JOIN the $10 tier (or whichever one you want!) If you are IN a tier you will get everything below it because that is how that is set up. It shouldn't cost you anything extra as you've already paid that amount. While in that you can choose to still pay whatever pledge amount you want but you will at least be at the proper tier.
