I'm trying to think if there's any TV show they HAVEN'T made a movie of yet. And then there's the problem of deciding if it qualifies as a TV show: i.e. The Three Stooges and the Little Rascals, as well as almost any cartoon from before the 50's, was technically in the movies before we all learned to love them on TV. So, if I can use that criteria, I'd have to go with the live action Popeye. It remains very true to the aura and the feeling of the comic/cartoon. The village in particular was very surreal.
