Annoyingly, the Supreme Court of the US has a bad habit of overriding my states laws and Supreme Court decisions (Masterpiece Cakeshop and that website developer place for example). Also AI generated stuff is the only legitimate usage I could see for an NFT rather than the stupid trading card game it is now. The AI by law must generate an NFT on a secure block chain that references its image or story or whatever, like an AI fingerprint database. Also, because AI has rules and operates on patterns, it should be possible for AI to check news to see if it’s fake.
